This notice explains how Homologation & Auto Regulations Consulting collects and uses personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us through our enquiry and subscription forms: your name, company, work email address, telephone number and whatever you choose to tell us about your programme.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to carry out work you have engaged us for, and where you have asked for it, to send you our regulatory briefing. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
For as long as we have a working relationship with you, and thereafter for the period required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to us at info@haarc.co.za.

The content on this site is general information about vehicle regulation and does not constitute regulatory, legal or engineering advice for any specific vehicle or programme.
