Homologation Engineer
Carry vehicle approval files end to end, from category determination through to the issued approval, on passenger and commercial programmes.

Vehicle regulation is a narrow field that nobody teaches directly. Almost everyone good at it arrived from engineering, testing or quality and learned it on live programmes. That is exactly how we hire.
Most of this job is documents. You will spend your days reading build specifications, comparing what a client holds against what a submission requires, and writing the argument that ties the two together. The vehicles are interesting. The paperwork is what decides whether they get approved.
You will carry your own files early. We are small enough that nobody sits behind a senior consultant for two years first, and structured enough that you are never guessing alone.
Fixed hours that we actually keep, a named mentor for your first year, and the study support to go deeper into the standards you work with. Regulation rewards depth, so we pay for depth.
The person who reads the standard rather than the summary of it, and who would rather say "I need to check" than guess.

Carry vehicle approval files end to end, from category determination through to the issued approval, on passenger and commercial programmes.
Plan, book and witness test programmes so that reports come back usable the first time.
Keep client component registers accurate: map part numbers to the specifications that govern them and chase the evidence that proves it.
A two-year structured route into vehicle regulation for engineering graduates. Nobody teaches this at university, so we teach it here.
